about the position
SCOPSIS is seeking a skilled and versatile Technical Consultant to support our sales and project management teams. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between technical expertise and business development. The Technical Consultant will assist in preparing technical proposals, creating impactful presentations, conducting research, and addressing technical requirements during client engagements.
Additionally, this role involves conducting product demos, leading technical workshops, and supporting project execution by coordinating technical resources and tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to draft and deliver high-quality technical proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and lead technical workshops for prospective and existing clients.
- Attend client meetings (online or in-person) to address technical inquiries and present solutions clearly and confidently.
- Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and client needs to support business development and proposal creation.
- Assist in gathering and managing technical resources required for projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and the Project Management Office (PMO) to streamline technical tasks and project coordination.
- Contribute to internal technical tasks, such as creating templates, tools, and improving resource management processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SCOPSIS’s solutions and services to effectively address technical questions and propose solutions.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with clients, sales teams, and project teams.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and business requirements.
required skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in the software or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and technology solutions.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
