about the position
SCOPSIS is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead business development efforts in the MENA region, with a strong focus on Lebanon. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in the technology sector, specializing in software development and data solutions. Proficiency in Odoo CRM, a solid technical background, and a proven ability to secure and manage leads are essential. This role will involve identifying new opportunities, driving the sales cycle, and building strong client relationships to support SCOPSIS’s growth.
key responsibilities
- Manage and expand sales pipelines in the MENA region, focusing on software and data projects.
- Utilize Odoo CRM to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities efficiently.
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to market needs and business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and target clients.
- Deliver tailored presentations and proposals that highlight SCOPSIS’s solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project handover and support.
- Provide sales forecasts and contribute to budgeting and financial planning.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to refine sales approaches.
qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Odoo CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market and sales data.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.

- Bachelor’s or master's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in sales or business development in the tech industry.
- Proven expertise in selling software development and data solutions.
- Proficiency in Odoo CRM and familiarity with the software development lifecycle.
- Experience working with government or large corporate clients is a plus.
